Our Base Services include:

  • Monthly income and expense categorizing and supplying monthly financial statements.
  • Business bank and credit card account reconciliation each month.
  • Annual year-end reports for your accountant.
  • Receipt management using a secure cloud based receipt management software called Hubdoc, which is an extra $15/month for the subscription. This is required when sending documents electronically. This is as easy as downloading the app, setting up your account through my invitation, and then just take a picture of each receipt which will send through the secure software to be categorized.
  • We use QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping software, which will be an added cost, depending on needs and rates. If using QuickBooks Online, the Hubdoc receipt management software integrates directly into QBO.
  • Unlimited email support.
  • Initial set-up phone call.
$30/hour rate with a minimum of one hour charge.

Add on services:

  • Payroll
  • Catch-up bookkeeping (similar to basic charge)

Larger bookkeeping packages are available and can be discussed further.

Optional flat monthly rate available after 3 month assessment to ensure that our clients are receiving a charge that is accurate and fair.
