Our Base Services include:
- Monthly income and expense categorizing and supplying monthly financial statements.
- Business bank and credit card account reconciliation each month.
- Annual year-end reports for your accountant.
- Receipt management using a secure cloud based receipt management software called Hubdoc, which is an extra $15/month for the subscription. This is required when sending documents electronically. This is as easy as downloading the app, setting up your account through my invitation, and then just take a picture of each receipt which will send through the secure software to be categorized.
- We use QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping software, which will be an added cost, depending on needs and rates.
- Unlimited email support.
- Initial set-up phone call.
